I want you to know that I have never come across an office that is as well-run, professional, and friendly as yours. Believe it or not, I actually looked forward to my visits – and that’s really saying something since, as you know, I’m such a wus when it comes to having any kind of dental work done! I had complete confidence in you and your handling my case. I also thoroughly enjoyed meeting your wonderful staff – Susan, Nina, and Karen. Although we live in Rohnert Park and there are orthodontists there, it was worth it to me to drive to Petaluma for the great care my son received from this office. When I come, everybody greets me with happiness and a big smile. It is always cheerful here. There is never sadness. Everybody treats you gently and with respect. The office is extremely clean and well organized. Also, I love the decorations. They always fit the season or holiday. It is also fun to earn zebrabucks. Hi there,

I’m 50 years old and wearing braces! From the beginning, deciding to get braces or not, has been nothing but helpful and informative from the warm and friendly staff. I needed to know all the details. It didn’t matter if I called 3 times in one day I never felt intimidated! The main reason I chose this office is because of Dr. Woo. He is funny and always has a way of making a patient feel secure. I have two daughters who have and are presently receiving his care. My oldest is now 22 years. She has a beautiful smile. Before seeing Dr. Woo she had already received unsuccessful treatment from another office in CA. When Dr. Woo saw her he knew exactly what needed to be done the 2nd time around. My oldest then a freshman in high school had to have a second pair of braces on. She was very unhappy! The other day when my braces were bugging me I mentioned her 2nd experience. She said “yeah I hated it then but I’m so glad I did it now! I have this beautiful smile with straight teeth” My youngest is still in treatment with me. Everyone smiles at us when we come in. They know us by our names. I drive from Forestville and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else! Thanks. A very happy, satisfied Mom/client.

One thing that I love about the office is the decorations. I love how every season comes a with new decorations. Even when it isn’t a holiday the office is always decorated and I love the staff.

Marc (patient) says – I love the orthodontist because you can get cool prizes with zebra bucks They’re really nice to you and help you calm down if you get kind of scared. They have a nice brushing place so you can keep your teeth clean and make your breath smell good. The doctors’ helpers are really nice too! Marc’s mom says – The doctors and staff do a wonderful job of thoroughly explaining the patient’s problems and treatments. This really helps to put a concerned parent’s mind at ease. They also have several very flexible payment plans, which makes it easier on those families that do not have the benefit of insurance coverage.

My experience here was, and still is very, very good. My year with braces did wonders and my teeth are very straight now thanks to the doctors and the assistants. Now that I have my retainer, I am excited to get it off because it is really hard to keep track of.

I have been a patient of Dr. Woo’s for some time now. This has been my first orthodontics experience ever. The staff have always been so professional yet very caring. They definitely know how to keep a fun and relaxed atmosphere in the office. Dr. Woo and his staff have always treated me like I am one of their family members. Dr. Woo puts a lot into his work, as well as his staff. I can honestly say that I will always recommend Dr. Woo’s office to any of my friends, co-workers or anyone else in the community for orthodontics. Thanks to everyone for the great work on my teeth.
