Meet Our Staff

 

 

Adrienne, RDA

Adrienne has been a member of our team since 2000 and brings over twenty years of dental experience to our practice. Although Adrienne can occasionally be seen on the clinic floor, she primarily works in the lab and behind the scenes to help the office run smoothly. Her various duties include helping the doctors with their correspondences, decorating the office and putting together contests. Adrienne enjoys arts and crafts, reading and sports on her off hours with her husband and three children.

 

Amie, RDA

Amie has been working with Drs. Woo and DeBerardinis since 2006 as a chair-side assistant. She has been a Registered Dental Assistant in the orthodontic field since 1997.
Amie has found working in orthodontics to be extremely rewarding. She takes great pride in knowing that there are many beautiful smiles out there that she has a large part in creating.
When Amie is not at work she enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys scrapbooking, reading and going to the movies.

Angela, RDA

Angela graduated from the Santa Rosa Junior College dental assisting program.
She has been with our wonderful team since 2006.
Angela enjoys meeting new patients and getting to know them and their families.
Her friendly positive attitude makes our patients feel “right at home”
When she is not working, Angela enjoys camping, going to the movies, and spending time with her family. She also enjoys taking her golden retriever Max on long walks.

Donna, Scheduling Coordinator

Donna has been with our team since 2006. She works both with our patients and their doctors to coordinate their appointments and make their time with us run as smooth as possible. Donna enjoys interacting with the patients and their families. She loves seeing their greatest “smile” the day they get their braces off. When not at the office, Donna enjoys being with her family and friends as well as taking long walks and exercising at the gym.

 

Elise, RDA

Elise Brings over 20 years of orthodontic experience to our office. She not only works with the patients but also works in the lab. Elise loves the different challenges that each patient presents and enjoys watching the changes transform each and every smile. In her spare time, Elise enjoys needlework, gardening and taking care of her pets. Elise lives in Sebastopol with her two children.

 

 

Merrie, Financial Coordinator

Merrie, our financial coordinator has been with the practice since 2000. She brings with her years of experience working in local dental offices with a specialty in accounting and insurance. In the office Merrie enjoys working through the financial challenges that eventually turn into a “smile well worth it”. She is a familiar face to many as she has lived in Petaluma all of her life and attended local schools. Outside the office Merrie enjoys home remodeling projects with her husband and being a mom to their three children. When she gets a moment to herself, she enjoys walking and reading.

 

Nancy, RDA

Nancy has been working for our office since 2004. She enjoys working in orthodontics helping to create beautiful smiles. Nancy enjoys spending time with her children and family when not at work.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Nina, RDA

Nina is a Petaluma native. She graduated from the Santa Rosa Junior College with a Degree in Dental Assisting in 2004, and she has been with our practice ever since. Nina finds reward in building long lasting relationships with her patients. Her interests include water skiing, snow skiing, golfing and traveling. She enjoys time with family and friends, watching sports, and reading. She is cheerful, organized and helpful, with a meticulous eye for detail.

 

Sara, Scheduling Coordinator

Sara has been coordinating our patients’ treatment appointments and the staffs’ schedules since 2002. She works to fulfill any special needs of our patients and doctors. Sara’s favorite part of her job is interacting with the patients and their families as well as watching their smile transform. Sara enjoys spending time with her children, entertaining friends, reading and traveling during her off time.

 

 

Mary, Treatment Coordinator

As our treatment coordinator, Mary works with new patients, and helps facilitate the best course of treatment for each person according to the doctors’ diagnosis and treatment plan. With over 25 years of experience in our office, she brings her knowledge and expertise to provide the highest quality orthodontic experience. In addition to working in the office, Mary promotes an educational dental health program to third grade classes in local schools. In her free time, Mary enjoys working in her garden and travel.

Rayleen, RDA

Rayleen joined the Woo and DeBerardinis team in 2002, bringing with her five years of pediatric experience from the medical field. Rayleen works in the operatory with patients as well as in the lab completing a multitude of fabrications. As a Registered Dental Assistant, She feels one of the most rewarding aspects of her career is watching peoples' confidence grow as their smiles transform. Personally, Rayleen loves to go camping with her family and she enjoys working with glass.
